I have had my eye on the Prada Candy for a while now but only recently really liked the smell of it after many weekend sprays in my Boots in town (come on we all do it, top up the perfume whilst shopping) 

I was also shopping for a perfume for my goddaughter for Christmas, she's 16 and I wanted to get her a perfume that wasn't your typical 16 year old perfume. I wanted something a little more sophicated but not expensive that she would feel special wearing at a party or a family event. I told the lady behind the counter all the above information and she made me smell Samantha Faiers perfume ' La Bella', I am always a little reluctant about celebrity perfumes but this one I liked. She then made me smell the Prada Candy (now after many test sprays for me I should have known the smell) and they smell exactly the same. 

So I was sold, she got La Bella. The smell of a £50 Perfume for £25, Just what I wanted. 

I was in town with my boyfriend browsing Debenhams and for some reason we stopped at the Yves Saint Laurent  Counter where the perfume was in display. Now from the look of the bottle I thought it's going to be a very wintery dark sensual smell like Dior Addict. However just like the Dior it's really nice even my boyfriend gave it his approval at first sniff. After a bit of Christmas shopping this weekend in westfield we came across it again, this time all but one of the display bottles were empty (a good sign) so surely it's going to be under many trees and a best seller for this christmas. 

What perfumes would you like to unwrap this christmas? 

I teamed the dress with a simple pair of nude patent platform heels but having worn now you could team with stiletto's or a pair of strappy sandals.
