I am so excited to say that I'm going to be a mummy in October!
Me and Chris are both very excited to meet him/her. I'll be honest it was a bit of a shock at the start, and of course I'm sure like every mum and dad to be we were a little apprehensive and scared at the prospect but then we were filled with excitement and happiness and that's only grown as we have told family members and our closest friends.
So as the scan suggests I'm 12 weeks (Although the hospital are not sure whether I am just carrying a small baby which may be the case as I was/still am and my mum was as well or whether I am 11 weeks). Either way for those that came to nyLDNmeet back in January I was actually approaching 5 weeks! (Luckily I was running around that I didn't get a chance to have a few drinks).
This is the reason that I haven't been active on my blog or Twitter lately as it's been a whirlwind few weeks with Doctor Appointments, organising things, seeing family and friends (who want weekly updates on my life now haha).
It's been hard not to drop too many hints as to why I've been preoccupied so now I feel that I can talk pregnancy 24/7! Just kidding!! but you'll understand if I'm tired and just need to sleep.

So my blog was started as a Fashion and Beauty blog and that's how I want it to remain but as this is a new chapter in my life I would like to talk about it and share my experiences with you all (if you want to read them that is). Therefore I'll still be doing my usual posts it may just be the case that some posts incorporate my pregnancy.
Plus it would be nice to look back and maybe there are other mums or mums to be that can help with dilemma's I face or just general advice.
So that's finally everyone told, now just to wait patiently and prepare for our prince/princess arrival.
