Its that point leading upto Christmas where you start to get a little stressed. Your beginning to think about the food & drink shop that will need done next week, sleeping arrangements for your guests, have you brought everyone a present(s), you need to actually start your Christmas shopping!

You think how much easier it would be if you could just take all that stress away...possibly with a Christmas break...Maybe even a Christmas in the sun.
My parents did exactly that one year when I was younger. We went to Tunisia and stay at the Imperial Marhaba in Port El Kantaoui (I was deeply saddened when the attack took place last year here)

So reminiscing about my Christmas away got me thinking where I would take my little family away at this time of year.

1. The Number 1 place would of course have to be......LAPLAND!

Yes I know its the opposite to everything I've said above i.e involving Christmas and its cold but I think this would be a carefree fun holiday to go on. Meeting Santa Claus, going through the snowy forest on reindeer pulled sleigh, husky sled rides, Ice Fishing and Visit Santa's Village.

Glastonbury Festival has kicked off and to get in the festival spirit I have put together a few keys items that I think any fashionista festival goer would like.

Weather wise, its known to have at least one wet day at Glasto but we have been lucky with the sunshine so a pair of sunnies is an essential.
Flower hairbands and hair scrunchies are big this season and I think look good in the festival environment.
On to the Outfits, I have picked 2 different design shorts, denim and printed which can both be worn with cami and crop tops. Kimono's are big this summer and I think look great for this weather. There are lots of designs and colour but i have opted for a simple but bold colour design.  Lastly a jumper and short dungarees outfit for the evenings as slightly more covered for the chilled nights. For those that don't like showing too much leg I have included a Maxi Skirt which can be worn with a cami top.

On to shoes, I would usually say a pair of wellies but with this weather I have opted for a pair of sandals and if the weather looks like its on the turn a pair of chunky heel ankle boots.

Last but not least, a rain mac. A festival essential in case the rain does start. This flowery mac just oozes festival!

Are you heading to Glastonbury?
 Whats in your bag?
What would you take if you were going?
