My go-to for gift shopping online is notonthehighstreet.com. I love that I can always find something for someone that can either be personalised to the individual or tailored to the occasion or their interests.

I wanted to get Harrison's Grandma a little gift from him this Mother's Day and found the cutest little bracelet that I knew she could wear daily which can be found here. It comes from the brand Bloom Boutique who specialise in contemporary personalised jewellery, gifts, watches and fashion accessories. You can personalise with a variety of different coloured chains, different coloured & styles of charms, initials, names and messages and they are extremely reasonably priced for what you get (Prices vary but start from £9)

What I also like is that they have a large selection of packaging options. Now if your like me, you sometimes leave gift shopping till last minute (Guilty!) so having a gift delivered all boxed/bagged and looking pretty is a massive tick in my books. I also felt that the extra charge for this was reasonable considering the time (when you have a toddler, time is sometimes not on your side!) it would take to go out, get the gift wrap or box and then come back and wrap yourself.

They had so many beautiful bracelets picking just one was difficult, I had about 6 in the basket which I had personalised to how I would like. I now know what I will be getting his godparents for Birthdays/Christmas presents.

As well as jewellery, they also cater for the Men in the family and with 2 Grandad birthdays approaching I will most certainly be heading back to see what I can get them both from Harrison.

So firstly I apologise for this post being so late, I like to think that Christmas is a time to relax but apparently in my life thats only in the evenings, and after a busy day I just want to lay out in my onesie with a food baby and a glass of vino.
I hope you all had a lovely New Year's Eve, I would love to know where you went and what you wore so leave your New Year's Eve Post in the comments below. I tried to get a picture of my dress but due to the availability of wine and a relaxed atmosphere I did not look my best!

So back to the reason of this post....What I got for Christmas.
It looks like I was a good girl this year because Santa came with lots of lovely gifts. I am always so grateful for the gifts I receive, whether big or small I have been brought up to appreciate the thought that went into buying it.
My Christmas Day is always a little busy. Firstly I always visit my mums grave in the morning to say Merry Christmas, back to open presents, Lunch and then drive to my boyfriends where I usually time it that I get a second pudding. Presents are then exchanged between us, his parents and his brother with the night ending in front of the TV with a glass of wine and usually picky type food on the side to munch on.

Dress from River Island. Still to wear but will do an outfit post when I do.
I love Bubble Baths and always happy to receive bath stuff. I love the Ted Baker set, the perfumes are for each month and they really reflect the smell that month. I love the Box with the miniature sets.
My New Years Resolution for this year is to take some time out and have some 'Me' time so my magazines, book, PJ's will go nicely with the Hot Chocolate and Hershey's Chocolate.

Also got a new onesie with matching bootie slippers which I have lived in over Christmas. I also got a few new pair's of PJ's.

I love my Bags so was happy to get 3 this year. I got a Large Handbag which is Gorgeous. Black with Red lining and leopard print sides as well as a gold clutch and Burgundy smaller Clutch/Purse

As much as I say I do not need anymore perfume as I have a very large collection, I certainly wont be disappointed to receive a new one especially one that I have smelt so many times in House of Fraser. Even the black box that it came in was pretty with a cute little bow.

Lastly my Dad gave me a card and when I opened it, he had laminated a piece of paper saying that he was paying for me and my boyfriend to go away for a long weekend. We just had to pick where we wanted to go. This to me was probably my best present as it was such a nice gesture and I admit I got a little teary as he knows that we do not get to spend much time together due to his work commitments (being self employed) and anytime we do have together usually ends up involving work of some sort.

I have already seen a lot of Christmas posts but in case I missed yours, send me your links in the comments below.

One Last thing to say.....

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Do you have pets? Do you like spoiling them? I have 2 cats and I love buying them new things and spoiling them. They have had their own advert calendar each year and I get them new bedding, bowls and toys at christmas with my dad.

My boyfriends parents have 3 labradors, I was not much of a big dog fan before I was with him but now I love going out for walks with them and I feel protected with them.

The Gifts I have picked are ones that I would buy (most likely to buy in the next coming weeks) for the dogs and my cats.

What better toy to give at Christmas.

This is not my usual kind of post as you'll see if you follow me on Bloglovin or a regular reader of my Blog.
As a daddies girl and with father's day at the weekend I thought I would put together a Guide for all budgets and something that I hope would suit all the daddy personalities out there.

I am a daddies girl, always have been and probably always will be. Father's day to me isn't about just giving a present and card but showing him I'm grateful for everything he does for me. For me making him his morning tea/coffee, spending the day doing something that he likes and cooking his favourite dinner is my way of showing him that I still appreciate everything he does for me.

Traditional Country Dad
IPAD Case , Hip Flask , Grooming Kit

Gadget Man
Smart Watch

Food and Alcohol Gift
Port Collection, Ale selection, Dipping Chocolate, Chocolate Tag

Modern Man
Hugo Boss ,  Tie Clip, Driving Experience
