Summer Shoe Spree
This has to have been the first summer where I have not brought any new clothes! This is mainly down to the lack of summer holiday we have had (so no evening outfits required) and my ever expanding baby bump.
However... a baby bump doesn't effect your feet (I have had no swelling) so therefore I took full advantage of that and added just a few more to my shoe collection. I see (story I tell my boyfriend and family) shoes as an investment. Yes I may have similar designs in every colour but I need those colours to match what I'm wearing. Also I will be wearing these shoes until I see that they need replaced.

Primark Court Shoes |
I started by adding the burnt orange and white floral court shoes. I had already brought the Baby Pink pair beforehand.

Missguided Court Shoe and Sandal |
I had also been thinking that I wanted a pair of white sandals. I liked these because when you have them on you can't see the clear band running up the front and they add that extra glam to an outfit.

Primark Court Shoes and Valentino Dupe Sandal |
Lastly I brought another pair of sandals and another pair of flowery court shoes. I saw the sandals on Instagram and instantly needed them. They are a valentino dupe and you would not think that they come from Primark. Im yet to wear these but already have a few outfits in mind which I can wear them with.
I will put my hands up now, I completely forgot that I had already brought a pair of floral print court shoes. However I liked the cut out design of these and they have more of a pink background with all over flowery print. I wore these out for dinner and was given a few looks with the height of them and my bump but I just wanted one night of feeling half nice in an outfit.
Next on my list is a pair of Chelsea Boots for the Autumn/Winter.
Ive already told myself that having a baby will not stop me from feeling and looking good when we go out and for me heels are a must because of my height. I like to think that ill be the glamorous mummy in the playground in a few years time.

I love this! I was exactly the same while pregnant! I wear heels everyday anyway and I wore them all through my pregnancy. Be warned though, I had a lot of annoying comments about it but I am so used to heels I actually trip over more in flats so it was actually safer for me to stick to what I'm used to! Making yourself feel good while being a Mum is so important, I make a massive effort to make sure I don't lose my identity and become 'just a mum'. Good on you! BUY ALL THE SHOES!
