Goodbye Tangles

When you think of a detangling brush you automatically think of the Tangle Teezer. However many other brands are now bringing out their version of the detangling brush and this brings me to introduce Liscio Detangling Brush by Alfa Italia. The Liscio Detangling Brush comes is a range of colours; Gold, Rose Gold and White Gold. It promises to glide through your hair effortlessly removing knots and tangles and leaving soft and shiny hair from its soft flexible bristles.

It works on both wet and dry hair and is even ideal to use on extensions and wigs. 

So onto the main reason for this post, does it do what it says? 

So as a mummy now I will admit I can now go a few days without washing my hair, don't judge me!! So after a few days of dry shampoo I do begin to notice that brushing my hair can be a bit of a challenge. So of course I had to wait a few days before I could post this to test out whether this brush could get through dry shampooed hair with ease.  

I have always found that if I don't use conditioner whilst washing my hair it can become straw like after washing causing it to break easier when brushing. 

I found that whilst brushing it through wet hair, it did exactly as promised and glided through effortlessly detangling my hair just like brushing dry knot free hair. Unlike using my standard brush, which would end up literally pulling out strands of my hair. Once dry it leaves my hair smooth and frizz free (my usual brush would leave a frizz/matted look after). 

Excuse the pre makeup early morning look! This was after I blow dried my hair using the detangling brush, as you can see sleek and smooth.

I can highly recommend the Detangling Brush, I love the style and colour and it performs brilliantly and does exactly what it says it will do. I would definitely recommend this brush to anyway with medium/long hair that suffers from knots and tangles in the morning or when wet after washing.
